The God in Whose Hand is Your Breath

From the sermon series on the Book of Daniel

Do you know the difference between knowing and remembering? I can remember my seventh birthday party vividly. It was pirate-themed, with a huge tree turned into a pirate ship and everyone dressed in elaborate costumes. You can probably recall your favorite — or least favorite — birthday, too. But it probably isn’t a memory you dwell on very often. In fact, you probably only think about it when somebody prompts you to.

The Bible calls us to remember the works of God, from the beginning all the way up to our own lives. But this isn’t a casual remembrance, that comes to mind every once in a while. It’s a deep remembrance, that changes the way we live and view the world. Listen to this sermon on Daniel 5 to learn how remembering Jesus can transform your life.
